If you liked sim Mac game Build a Lot, you will like Build a Lot 2. It is familiar enough to the original play that it is comfortable, but it has new added features to make the game new and fun for everyone.
The play is exactly the same as the first. You click on an empty lot to choose your site, click in on the action you want, and click on the type of house to build on your space. Once the house is up you can automatically collect the rent to increase your income. You can also upgrade the house 3 times, sell it or demolish it to build another one in its place.
The information you will need for your game is listed at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on the green tab will show you your money and goals for this level, the yellow tab the workers, red is for the materials and the blue for the blueprints. The blueprints are needed for building the different styles of buildings. The differences in the second version are you can build parks, paint and landscape the houses. Also you can construct fancy shops and earn profit sharing.
I found Build a Lot 2 easier to play for some reason. Maybe because I knew the first game, it came easier. It still is a challenging game in later levels due to the higher expectations in the goals you must meet. If flipping houses is your thing, play Build a Lot 2 for an exciting adventure into the world of real estate.
