Escape The Museum Review

Escape the Museum’s hidden object Mac game places you in a natural history museum during an earthquake. The earthquake simulation brought me back to my years in California. I’ve been through several major earthquakes, and I can tell you this game closely represents a real one.

You are trapped in the museum and must reach your child in the security office. The problem is the debris and objects are blocking your passage, and in addition, the curator is constantly calling you on your cell phone and wants you to find priceless museum pieces while trying to free yourself from each room.

Like other I spy plays there are mini games or tasks to complete in order to leave a room. Find the electric drill to loosen the lamp to cross the gap in the stairs is one task, but in order to use the drill you must have electricity. Now you must find something to charge the appliance.

Escape the Museum has great graphics, but because it is realistic the rooms were dark and drab and the debris and rubbish blocking your way made it difficult to make out the items or objects you were to salvage. The difficult viewing and the storyline did not draw me into this game. However, if you would like to experience an earthquake, play Escape the Museum and shake it up a little with this hidden object game.
