The mantra for Mac sim game Sally’s Spa is keep the clients happy, keep the clients happy or they’ll leave in a huff and you lose your money. In 50 levels, 10 spa locations with 12 different customer types and more than 65 upgrades you’ll be kept busy accommodating and pampering all the people.
The play is similar to Sally’s Salon where you click on the customers who enter your establishment for some sauna time, face mask and massage, and you drag them to their requested areas. When you drag a customer to the esthetician chair (who knew it was called that?), you need to flip through the type of facemask the person wants. You will know which one when you see the wide smile. When you take someone to the sauna, don’t forget to click to start the timer. Most of the people want more than one type of service so you need to click and drag them to each one.
There are upgrades to make your play easier? The more services and stations you add, it looks like more people show up asking for a lot of treatments. A side business you have is shared with Nell who has products your clients may wish to buy. Sales will increase your rank in that department.
Sally’s Spa is just as good or better as Sally’s Salon. The play is a little less frustrating than the Diner series because the customers tend to stick around longer. You just have to watch the hearts on each customer. When the hearts disappear, your client also will disappear taking their cash with them. The higher levels can get very challenging with so many people and services needing attention, but that’s the fun of sim games, right? The artwork on this game is cute and colorful. The music is okay. I would have liked the additional match game like in Sally’s Quick Clips, but maybe that will come around in the sequel. So take some time and relax in Mac sim game Sally’s Spa.
