Sudoku: Latin Squares Review

Sudoku Latin Squares

Come and test your mind by just trying to figure out this wondrous, fun game! Sudoku: Latin Squares is an enticing, new kind of sudoku. In this mac game the object is to fill all colors, rows, and columns, with the numbers 1 through 9 without repeating. It’s like a normal sudoku, except instead of having formal 3 by 3 squares you have freeform shapes in different colors.

The gameplay takes a couple minutes to get used to if you are a seasoned sudoku player, but once you get used to it you can play for hours. The game controls are very simple. To choose a number you simply scroll over the box and outlines of numbers 1 through 9 will appear; then, you click on the number you want in the box. If you click on the wrong number then all of the other numbers that don’t allow that number to be there will flash in red. If you are one of those sudoku players that likes to write in options then you scroll over the box and as if you are clicking on a number you just right click instead. There is also a classic sudoku version game that you can play. This game deserves 4 and a half stars out of 5 for its intriguing game style.
